We offer our guests an a la carte menu that frequently changes and we source all ingredients locally to provide seasonal and fresh quality cuisine.
One of our core values is respect for our environment. It is crucial for us to use only products made in Portugal. The restaurant exclusively works with local and organic farms for either meat, fish, or vegetables and fruits. We personally know every single farm we’re working with to make sure we get premium products grown in a sustainable way for our customers. Our Chef, Rafael Amsler, is very sensitive to the “No waste” concept for tasty and sophisticated cuisine. Clément will host you with the highest attention and will be there for any of your needs and requests.

You can also trust the host to advise you on how to best pair your food with organic and natural beverages. VDB Bistronomie serves natural and bio-dynamic wines or craft beers. There will be something to suit your tastes for sure.
